The pipeline
From a product link to a shooting script.
Hitscript runs the research a creative strategist would run, then writes the way the best direct-response teams write. Here is the whole path.
- dossier sections
- 17
- desires, avatars, angles
- 5 × 5
- quality checks
- 13
Three steps. Click through them.
Everything in the panel is from a real run except the script, which is written as an example.

The path, step by step
- 01
Paste the product
A URL is enough. Brand, name, price, ingredients, claims and reviews are read from the page. No page yet? Describe the product instead.
- 02
Research runs in the background
Reddit threads, forums, Q&A sites, competitor pages and clinical sources. You watch every step and every count live.
- 03
Quotes are verified
Each quote is checked character for character against the page it came from and its URL is verified. Anything that fails is dropped, never kept.
- 04
The dossier is written
Seventeen sections: awareness, sophistication, mass desires, personas, mechanisms, objections, beliefs, competitors. Every claim cites a quote ID.
- 05
Pick avatar, desire, format
Five of everything, ranked by evidence. Choose the person, the desire, the format, the narrator mode, the hook style and the language.
- 06
Get the script, swap hooks, export
Three hooks, a beat table with shot direction, a quality gate with per-beat regeneration. Export to Markdown or Google Docs, or send it to production.
What you actually receive
Not a chat window. Files you can hand to a producer, a media buyer, or a client.
Research dossier
Seventeen sections in your market's language, every claim citing a quote ID with a link. Yours to keep and reuse.
Strategy screen
Five desires, five avatars, five angles per desire, each with a score and quote count. Avatars quote their own words.
Beat-table scripts
Three hooks, voiceover and shot direction per beat, captions for muted feeds, production notes kept separate.
Native ads
Long-form confessional or advertorial copy, primary text, five headlines, an image brief and twenty image concepts.
Exports
Markdown, Google Docs, plain text. Production notes stripped from client copies by default.
The threads behind every line
Under each script, the quotes it cites with their links. Read the sources yourself whenever you want.
Thirteen checks on every script
The specific ways direct response goes wrong, checked automatically and shown as fixable notes.

- Four framesNEW / EASY / BIG / SAFE — report which are missing
- Hook spreadthe three hooks share one entry emotion
- Category deaththe script opens by naming a category the audience has dismissed
- Age fitslang or generational filler present; rhythm mismatched to the age band
- B-roll specificityany shot direction that is not concretely shootable
Who is talking
The avatar is who is watching. The narrator mode is who is speaking, held from hook to CTA.

Questions about the process
- Research takes two to six minutes, strategy about a minute, a script twenty to forty seconds. Everything runs in the background; leave the page and come back.
- Describe it in a few sentences. Name, what it does, who it is for, price and any named proof. The research runs exactly the same way.
- Yes, any time. The previous dossier and its scripts stay. Most brands run once per product and generate dozens of scripts from it.
- It shows the failing check, the note, and the beats concerned. You regenerate that beat or swap hooks. Nothing blocks you from exporting.
